Cigna coverage policies and precertification list
Cigna calls its coverage documents coverage policies. They are indexed A to Z and by category on one public index, split into medical, dental, behavioral, administrative and drug policies, with National Formulary policies alongside.
Cigna posts a policy update document each month. Clinical reimbursement and payment policies have their own listing; Cigna notes that its latest modifier and reimbursement policies are available to signed-in providers on CignaforHCP.com.
